Coventrians 5 - 45 Worcester Students

Worcester Students were big, fit and fast (bit like their female supporters really) and launched their own blitzkrieg by running at every opportunity to leave us reeling at half time, 0 - 38. As we cursed the billiard table like pitch and hot sunshine (where was the rain and mud of 3 weeks ago?) Covents kicked the second half off with renewed heart and played with greater spirit, forcing many handling errors from Worcester resulting in Dougie going over for a try after a Chris Potter dummy (ok Chris?). With about 10 minutes remaining Worcester scored their first points of the half with a showboat finish (nobody likes a smart arse mate). With injuries to Kev Walters (bruised bicep) and Mikey (sprained ankle) Covents is starting to resemble the Alamo. Worcester Students' prop left the field with a broken hand after finding Steve Vallis's chin a tad too hard.

Leamington 3rds 45 - 7 Coventrians 2nds

All I know is that Ben Davies scored and converted (again) and Dick looked buggered at 7pm. I will write more when I find out . . . Spoke to Dicky P and he said he didn't want to mention anyone in particular just a big THANKS to all the lads for their effort and for not giving up.
